Residential design has been the cornerstone of our business. We have completed hundreds of home designs, renovations, additions and everything in between. We apply our experience and knowledge of building science, building systems and energy efficiency to all our projects. We hold BCIN designations for Houses and Small Buildings. 

Commercial Interiors, specifically office layout and design, has been a passion for many years. We're members of ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario) and work in the part 9 building sector. 

We've experienced the challenges of creating a new, modern space in heritage buildings personally during our award winning interior renovation in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. We're passionate about maintianing the heritage elements of buiuldings while breathing new life into buildings. We've consulted on various heritage preservation projects.

Our desire to create buildings that are sustainable and efficient led Troy to become a Registered Energy Advisor with Natural Resources Canada and a CACEA Master Energy Advisor. We offer Energy Advising and consulting in partnership with Building Knowledge Canada. 

As a registered CACEA IDP Facilitator and educator, we can provide Integrated Design Facilitation services to lead projects through the integrated design process from discovery to commissioning.
