Residential design and drafting has been the cornerstone of our business. We have completed hundreds of home designs, renovations, additions and everything in between. We hold BCIN designations for Houses and Small Buildings in Ontario and serve a variety of clients across Canada.  

We've experienced the challenges of creating our own new, modern space in heritage buildings personally during our award winning interior renovation in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. We're passionate about maintianing the heritage elements of buildings while breathing new life into buildings. We've consulted on various heritage preservation projects around Saskatchewan. 

Our desire to create buildings that are sustainable and efficient led Troy to become a Registered Energy Advisor with Natural Resources Canada and a CACEA Master Energy Advisor. We offer Energy Advising and consulting in partnership with Building Knowledge Canada. We recently completed a towards net zero renovation on our own home in suburban Ottawa gaining hands-on experience in what is required to make the shift to net zero energy. Troy has delivered training sessions across Canada in Building Science and delivering NRCan LEEP workshops. Recently, Troy has been working with some of the largest homebuilders in Canada to meet their sustainability goals. 

As a registered CACEA IDP Facilitator and educator, we can provide Integrated Design Facilitation services to lead projects through the integrated design process from discovery to commissioning.
