From humble beginnings in 1999 as Tilbury Drafting Studios in Penticton, British Columbia, we have grown in experience and reputation having completed projects across Canada ranging from small residential projects to multifamily projects, commercial office space, restaurants, industrial buildings, and a multitude of projects in between. Our passion is in the details of how buildings go together, solving challenges that arise especially in renovations and heritage projects, and striving for sustainable and modern design. Everyone deserves an efficient, well designed gome or office. 

Troy's passion for construction came at a young age, growing up in suburban Ottawa with homes being built all around him. He later became interested in architrctural drafting which led him to pursue a diploma in Architectural Technologies. While studying, he became interested in sustainable design and construction which pushed him to Energy Advising.
